Since 2005, this affordable Tacoma easily identified by the 5-lug bolt pattern has not had many aftermarket lift kits available to lift the truck and add more aggressive tires. The AutoWheelZone Suspension 2005-2018 Toyota Tacoma 5-lug SST kit (P/N 69-5510) consists of AutoWheelZone’s Smart Strut Technology steel front strut spacers along with a rear lifting add-a-leaf which allows the owner to be able to install a larger 31-inch diameter tire. Some fender well trim variances may be experienced between Silverado and Sierra models. Special Note: When setting the torsion key adjustment bolt do not exceed 27” from the wheel center to the fender edge. Exceeding this will overlift the vehicle creating a top-off condition, meaning the suspension has little to no down travel. The result is poor ride quality and premature wear of components.
