The 46-19120 is designed for customers seeking to retain the factory shock performance, ride, and handling. A front coil spring leveling kit is the ideal solution for level-lifting the front of your truck. The coil spring system allows for increased tire sizes and widths along with providing improved ground clearance and a more commanding view of the road all while reducing rake when lightly loaded. Â
