The 66-19180 includes heavy-duty laser-cut powder-coated steel front top mount coil spring spacers providing the ideal 1.75″ of front leveling lift. It is that simple to level the front of these new RAM 4WD 2500/3500 HD trucks. New kits include a retention bolt has been added to lock the spacer to the frame and shock extensions have been added to optimize shock length after leveling the truck.

Special Note: When setting the torsion key adjustment bolt do not exceed 26” from the wheel center to the fender edge. Exceeding this will overlift the vehicle creating a top-off condition, meaning the suspension has little to no down travel. The result is poor ride quality and premature wear of components.
